The European Commission has added final amendments to the Horizontal Activities work programme for 2026-27, regarding the programme section for 2027.
The new “Horizontal Activities” section of the Horizon Europe work programme includes cross-sector calls that may be of particular interest to those conducting research in the field of natural sciences. The aim of the work programme section is to drive forward key European initiatives such as the “Clean Industrial Deal” and the “AI in Science” strategy. The following calls have been added for 2027:
- „Bridging Actions“
- “NATURE Calls”: Transformative change towards a nature-positive economy and society
