The European Innovation Council (EIC) has published its Work Programme for 2025, which serves as a cornerstone for fostering innovation among researchers, start-ups, and SMEs within Horizon Europe. Over €1.4 billion has been allocated to support the EIC’s key funding schemes: Pathfinder, Transition, and Accelerator, as well as the Strategic Technologies for Europe platform.
These funding schemes are primarily open-topic, encouraging interdisciplinary approaches. Alongside technological breakthroughs, they also back social innovations and service sector advancements.
