More and more intellectual property (IP) related questions are arising in the context of the growing use of AI in science, such as: Who owns AI-generated scientific results? What is allowed in the European Union?
The European IP Helpdesk has therefore published a fact sheet which aims to further the understanding of which IP related questions have emerged through the interplay of AI and science.
