Join our Team! We are looking for an EU Funding Advisor to cover a parental leave position, starting as soon as possible.
The position is initially limited until December 31, 2026.
The salary will be in accordance with E 13 TV-L, depending on the candidate’s qualifications.
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing advice and application support for researchers in Saxony participating in the European research and innovation program “HORIZON Europe.”
- Initiating and evaluating project ideas and objectives in line with EU funding guidelines.
- Actively supporting and managing funded projects, working closely with relevant departments of the central university administration.
- Negotiating and, if necessary, managing and settling accounts for successfully secured EU projects.
- Developing and expanding a comprehensive advisory service for European research applications and projects in Saxony.
- Providing strategic advice to Saxon partner institutions on EU-related matters, networking within Saxony and at the European level.
- Organizing and participating in information and brokerage events to advise potential applicants and connect them with suitable partners.
