Are you interested in hosting a Postdoc as part of an MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship (PF)? If so, you should not miss the ZEUSS workshop “MSCA Supervision: Inspire, Guide, Empower” on May 21, 2026, from 9:30-16:00 at the University of Leipzig.
Attendees can look forward to helpful information on the MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships Call, practical advice on your duties as a senior supervisor, as well as experience reports and valuable tips from successful hosts in Saxony. The experts from ZEUSS will be available for individual consultations after the workshop.
The workshop is aimed at experienced scientists from Saxon universities, research institutions of all disciplines, and research-based companies who are interested in hosting a postdoc as part of an MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship. Research managers are also welcome to participate in the workshop.
Please note that postdoctoral candidates
- can’t yet be in Germany or can only have been in Germany for less than 1 year, OR
- live and conduct research in Germany for a longer period and are willing to move to a country outside of Europe for 1-2 years and to return afterwards
All applicants can only have a maximum of 8 years of research experience since the completion of their doctorate. You can still participate in the workshop as a supervisor even if suitable candidates have not been finally identified. The submission deadline for the MSCA PF call is September 9, 2026.
The workshop will be held in German.
