An updated version of the General Model Grant Agreement (MGA) for Horizon Europe is now available via the Funding & Tenders Portal. The Grant Agreements (GA) signed between the partners of a Horizon Europe project are all based on the terms and conditions of the MGA. Most components of the MGA are legally binding and cannot be modified by the contracting parties of a Horizon Europe project. However, certain contract provisions regarding the project duration, budgeting, and other project-related aspects are modifiable.
A notable feature regarding the new MGA is that Horizon Europe projects can now also take potential military-related research topics into focus, if the call foresees Dual Use.
