Attention, postdocs! You can now sign up to our two-part online workshop, “What to Know About MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships”. Join us on June 30 and July 2, 2026, to receive key advice from successful MSCA Fellows and our EU Funding Advisors Ekaterina Schacht and Juliana Rodrigues Kozovits on how to prepare an outstanding MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships proposal.
The two-part online workshop will be held in English and is structured as follows:
Day 1 – June 30, 2026
- 14:00 – 14:15 | Introductory remarks; Overview of ZEUSS’s Services; Survey
- 14:15 – 15:00 | Overview MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships (Types, Eligibility Rules, Evaluation) + Q&A
- 15:00 – 16:00 | Experience Talks by successful MSCA Fellows
- Starting 16:00 | Q&A + Feedback
Day 2 – July 2, 2026
- 14:00 – 14:15 | Day 1 Quiz Review
- 14:15 – 15:30 | Template Part B1 (Excellence, Impact, Quality of Implementation)
- 15:30 – 16:00 | Experience Talk by a successful MSCA Fellow
- Staring 16:00 | Q&A + Feedback
Sign up if you are a postdoc with:
- a maximum of 8 years of full-time research experience (Award Date)
- any scientific field and country of origin
- plans to submit a proposal together with a research institution or university in Saxony
In order to apply for this year’s MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships Call (deadline: September 9, 2026), you must have already completed your PhD or, alternatively, have at least defended your dissertation by that date. You are not eligible to apply for an incoming fellowship if you have been residing in Germany for more than one year (however, you can then apply with an institution from a third country and secure funds for a returning phase with your host in Germany).
To participate in the online workshop, you should already have contacted your designated supervisor (e.g., a professor or group leader).
